For what it's worth, yesterday I ate a pint of Rice Dream and some of Boca's fatty new italian sausages. (Yeah yeah yeah, I know they aren't real sausages, but that's what it says on the box.) I adjusted my DietWatch settings from the self-composed low-fat, reduced calorie plan of last year to the "Recommended" option. My first day on the Recommended Plan I got another Moderate, but I think that's because I "only" ate 1400 calories. (Well, I've been moderately sedentary lately so you tell me.)
It might be a screwy system, but it's great for accountability.
