Anyway, I can't go into much detail because I need to hop up and add boiling water to the Roasted Garlic variety that I'm trying next. (That's the protocol: add seasonings, add boiling water, wait three minutes, stir.) I have to keep up my strength so I can return to HEB in a few hours and stock up.
I had some canned coconut/ginger soup from Thai Kitchen before and was not impressed. It could be that I just don't like c/g soup, but I was wary toward these noodles. Needlessly wary. The MM noodle bowl is gorgeous, as Mike would say. (He's Australian, not gay.) Three seasoning packets, one of which is flavoured oil I think, so you know it must be good. Same scene with the Roasted Garlic. I wish they sold the Spring Onion. Maybe it's at Wal-Mart.
I'm going to check my receipt and see what I paid for these things. TK lets you buy online, and seeing as how this is what I'll be eating for the rest of my life, that might be the way to go.
