I just want to officially apologize for ever doubting Little Altars Everywhere. It will fill your fibres with rich storytelling that makes you just want to lie on a mat all afternoon and drink Hawaiian Punch and live about three feet from your brain for awhile.
I'm glad I couldn't get off my butt to return my library books on Saturday, so I ended up reading it for lack of new material. (At this point I feel obligated: I currently have two overdue books and four even-more overdue DVDs and darnit if I'm not going to open at least one of them.)
I haven't done any more scritching on the Disneyland trip report. Maybe later. I got some Soy Delicious chocololate almond to help (I like it even better than the "real" stuff), but it strangely disappeared before I went to bed. Has anyone else noticed this phenomenon with chocolate? They oughtta do a study. I would help. I have all kinds of insight, like the way Ferraro-Rocher evaporates from the pantry (right! like it ever gets off the kitchen counter!) at twice the rate as Hershey's, and the way Toblerone possibly moves even faster, but it's hard to tell because of the sheer mass of those duty free-size bars.
